Responsible for products, project management, development priorities, implementation strategies. In addition, responsible for the development and delivery of specific product initiatives and project management. Prepares product initiative development plans and budgets with IT project owner and other stakeholders. Provide a single point of contact for products or assigned projects. Manages and reviews project deliverables and milestones. Identifies potential issues impacting project status and proposes workarounds and/or solutions. Responsible for identifying and driving initiatives identified by the business and senior leadership, leading to improved margins/cost reductions and process efficiencies.
Primary liaison between inter and intra departments to ensure client, technology, and business needs are accounted for and understood by all parties. Ensures seamless integration for new and existing products and projects; oversees all projects and related deliverables for the organization – identifies potential issues impacting project status and proposes workarounds and/or solutions and assists with transitioning to business Reviews proposed enhancements to existing products to ensure business processes/controls are maintained or improved. Provides technical and analytical guidance to the relevant leadership team Identifies and drives business process improvement projects Ensures key performance metrics are identified, measured, and reported in order to maximize performance and efficiencies across all geographic units Provides integration expertise for acquisition and/or new products Negotiate internal sub-business units and external partners and alliances - ability to maintain both an operational focus and a client focus. Performs other related duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic):
|
Bachelors degree preferred. 5-8 years experience including two years minimum experience in garnishment services.
