You will be responsible for and need to posses the following:
A top-down sales approach targeting CEOs and decision makers to convert prospects into clients in a zip code protected territory
3-10 years in a quota driven sales position, and must have excellent prospecting and new business development skills
We prefer strategic (non-commodity) sales experience in technology, outsourcing, business products, services, or Human Resource Solutions
The ability to cross-sell into an existing base of clients

QualificationsRequired
(Experience, Skills, Academic):
|
Bachelors’ degree preferred(or equivalent in education and experience).
Outside B2B sales experience, preferably in a non-commodity service type of sale with proven proficiency in developing strategic sales plan, and proven results achieving or exceeding assigned quotas.
Proven ability to assist management in assessing market competition required.
Good prospecting, presentation, and conceptual selling skills with the ability to achieve assigned quota.
Display maturity, competitiveness and good work ethic, as well as proper business etiquette.
Must be PC literate.
