GlobalView is ADP’s premier offering for multinational and global companies seeking a global Payroll and HR service solution from a single source. GlobalView is a hosted, global offering for payroll, human resource management systems and related services, powered by the mySAP ERP Human Capital Management platform. ADP is currently seeking an experience executive to manage our GlobalView operations in the Asia-Pacific region. With primary operations in Australia and India, ADP currently serves clients in 13 countries in the region.
As the Implementation Executive of the ADP GlobalView, this position will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of activities regarding implementation services. Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager of GlobalView in Roseland NJ, this position will drive overall effectiveness for a GlobalView implementation organization across three continents, focused on implementing HR/Payroll outsourcing solutions for large multi-national organizations. The FY09 Start plan under responsibility is $ 43.3 M.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provides support and consults with the Sales organization during the presale process to determine pricing and product implementation strategy. • Assists in obtaining new accounts; provides executive support to sales/marketing associates Works with Sales to impact the “buy” decision. Presents Implementation strategy and methodology at high level sales calls. • Works closely with the regional implementation heads to direct the Global implementation strategy and function for ADP GlobalView - determine policies and procedures consistent with ADP ES International and GlobalView Standards. • Develops and rolls out, with regional implementation heads and staffing, policies for recruiting, hiring and retaining a highly marketable and competitive implementation staff • Oversees all global implementation activities. Monitors progress and serves as a consolidation point from project status reporting. Ensures that the organization implements all sold business units within forecasted time frames and within project budget • Maintains direct involvement in major implementation projects ensuring close coordination across regions and superior delivery against project goals. Works closely with the General Manager, the VP Client Services, and the Operations Executive to insure a smooth hand-off of accounts from implementation to service and production. Assists in the resolution of escalated sales/client issues. • Sustains a global implementation model that is consistent and interconnected worldwide. Leverage best practices across geographies. • Responsible for the success of the Department’s Implementation services and ultimate client satisfaction as measured through implementation survey scores as a Referenceable client base • Oversees on-going development of the implementation methodology incorporating experiential learning as well as input from SAP and other industry experts. • Controls expenses against budget; approves expenditures within established guidelines; prepares annual financial plans. Works with Controller to maintain accurate start and implementation fee backlogs and forecast reports • Leads effort on off-shoring implementation resources where appropriate. • Presents at client conferences and industry events. • Maintains statistics related to business objectives; assesses product performance and client satisfaction; prepares statistical and narrative reports for senior management.

QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic):
|
Proven implementation experience in the service industry. A strong track record of operations excellence and delivery of world class customer service.
1. Strong large scale HR/Payroll implementation experience 2. 10+ years payroll/HR experience, preferred. Knowledge of SAP’s HCM Solution is desirable. 3. Experience managing customer relationships with large multi-national organizations. 4. Experienced at building high-caliber organizations 5. Strong recruiting/people selection/management skills 6. Strong leadership skills - perceived as an industry expert 7. Strong sales support and interaction skills 8. Ability to work in a virtual, highly collaborative organizational environment 9. Strong understanding of financial services, preferably tax and money movement would be beneficial 10. Fluency in English required. Additional language skills a plus.
